The project preserves the Victorian villa and heritage-listed stables while introducing modern elements such as expanded living areas, a first-floor extension, and a pool. A careful subdivision and the addition of a second new dwelling increase housing density while maintaining the neighborhood’s charm. The integration of contemporary materials, low front fences, and well-planned landscaping seamlessly blends historic details with modern design.
